Please review our policy regarding digital product purchases, refunds, and support verification.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

At OKOK Projects, we offer premium downloadable products including software source codes, database configurations, AI/ML models, website templates, and full-stack projects. Because digital goods are delivered instantly after payment confirmation and cannot be physically returned or locked back, all digital purchases are generally **non-refundable**.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. A refund request will be considered by our technical administration team under the following strict conditions within 7 days of purchase:

  • Corrupt or Incomplete Files: The downloaded ZIP file is corrupt or is missing core directories/database schemas listed in the product description.
  • Verified Technical Bugs: The project code contains critical bugs or deployment errors that prevent it from compiling/running, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue for you within 7 days of you raising a support ticket.
  • Major Description Mismatch: The delivered product is completely different from the description, screenshots, or features listed on the product details page.

3. Refund Exclusions

We are **unable** to process refunds or exchanges in any of the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind, no longer need the product, or decided not to build the project.
  • Your local hosting environment (e.g. incompatible PHP/Python version, lack of SQL servers) does not meet the system requirements specified in the documentation.
  • You do not possess the necessary programming knowledge, tools, or coding skills to run, configure, or customize the source code.
  • You did not contact our support team or refused to share diagnostic details (such as server error logs or screenshots) to let us verify your setup issues.
  • The purchase was made by mistake, or under unauthorized multi-device sharing.

4. How to Submit a Refund Request

If your issue meets the eligibility criteria listed in Section 2, please contact us by following these steps:

  1. Send an email to admin@okokprojects.com with the subject line "Refund Request: [Your Order ID]".
  2. Provide a detailed description of the setup issue or file error you are facing.
  3. Attach screenshots of the error screens and paste your local server logs or development console error outputs.
  4. Our technical agents will review your ticket within 24 to 48 hours to troubleshoot your system or verify the code.

5. Refund Processing Workflow

Once a refund is approved by our administration, the action is irreversible and the product license is cancelled:

  • The product will be instantly deactivated from your customer dashboard and "My Orders" panel, blocking any future downloads or access.
  • The funds will be credited back through our payment gateway partners (Razorpay or PhonePe) directly to your original source of payment (bank account, UPI wallet, or credit card).
  • Refund processing usually takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's settlements cycle.
