By accessing or using OKOK Projects (available at https://howdial.com), registering an account, or purchasing digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our marketplace.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

We sell premium digital products, including source code files, PHP and Python projects, Android apps, and AI/ML models. Upon buying a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product subject to the following rules:

• Personal or Educational Use: You may modify and run the software for learning, building personal projects, or submission as academic coursework.
• Commercial Use: You may deploy the modified software for client projects or business operations, provided you have purchased the standard developer license.
• Prohibition on Reselling: You are strictly forbidden from reselling, sub-licensing, redistributing, publishing, or sharing the original source code files or project assets in their raw or template form on any public repository, forum, or third-party marketplace.

3. Customer Accounts & Registration

To purchase or download digital products, you must register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our administrators immediately.

4. Payments, Billing & Taxes

Payments for our digital products are collected securely via Razorpay and PhonePe. Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may be subject to dynamic taxes (GST) depending on the products. A digital invoice will be automatically compiled and made available for download in your dashboard upon successful payment.

5. Instant Delivery Policy

Since our products are entirely digital, they are delivered **instantly** after payment confirmation. Once the transaction completes:

• The purchase status is linked to your user account.
• You will get direct access to download the source code zip files, documentation, and database schemas from your "My Orders" panel.
• We keep audit logs of download counts and IP addresses to prevent automated scraping or key sharing abuse.

All projects are tested to build and operate according to the setup guides. We offer standard email, WhatsApp, and Telegram installation support for 30 days after purchase to help you set up and launch the projects. However, we do **not** warrant that the operation of the software will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. We do not provide free customization services beyond the standard repository configurations.

In no event shall OKOK Projects, its founders, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, system downtime, data loss, or server fees) arising out of the use or inability to use the source code or templates purchased from our website.
